Fill Your Cup Conference Review

Uncategorized

I went to the Fill Your Cup Conference on September 20 in Cookeville, Tennessee.  Amber Zaricor, Brand Designer, was the host and organizer of this one-day event.  This was the second conference that she planned and it was a wonderful opportunity attending and soaking up all the things.

This conference helps women create better relationships with themselves and with others.  The speakers showed attendees how to do just that by sharing their stories and their journey to where they are now, giving practical tips that can be implemented right away and providing journal questions to help us sort through different emotions and feelings.

It seemed as though there were almost 100 attendees there and everyone was really excited to be there to learn and connect with other women.  The event was broken into two categories:  vendor show and the event itself.  Vendors set up their tables and products downstairs on the main floor while the event itself was on the upper floor of the event.

This review is broken up into 11 planning elements and I'll provide where the organizer did a fantastic job and where there was room for improvement.
